Is Kalms Tablet Advisable For Anxiety And Panic Disorder?
Are kalms safe to take? I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and need something to help reduce this. I m worried about taking them (this is due to my anxiety) incase they are not safe or I have a reaction to them. I ve read that they can affect heart rate is this true? I suffer with pvc s so don t want to make these any worse.

welcome to HCM ,how you diagnose that you are suffering from anxiety and panic atttacks.You should consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management of panic attacks.The tablets which you are telling are herbal products , they are not proper treatment for panic attacks.
