Hi..
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have gone through your query and can understand your health concerns..

As per your complain Lexapro and xanax are anti anxiety medicines and are given to you to reduce anxiety while Zofran is given to you for nausea and vomiting problem..
If you are feeling ok only by taking Lexapro you need not to take Xanax and it will not have any side effect and you will definitely be fine..

You can very well take Ibuprofen 4O mg thrice a day for dental pain and discomfort and it will not be harmful until you have any previous history of any side effects..
In case you still have any dental infection left you can take amoxicillin 5OO mg twice daily under supervision of your dentist as painkiller will reduce pain but you have to get the infection also reduced for permanent relief and to carry out further treatment..

Hope this information helps..
