You did not mentioned your semen analysis and your wife's report.
If reports are abnormal then IUI intra uterine insemination, ICSI intra cytoplasmic sperm injection IVF invitro fertilization are better options.
So consult a best gynecologist in your town and take his/her advise regarding these procedures.
