Is Hydroquinone Safe For Skin?
I wanted to use Skin lighter to even out my skin. The product is called la creme Eclaircissante traitante, but After doing research, I found hydroquinone is not approve to be sold over counter and product is recall and different countries. Is hydroquinone deadly?

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects.
Dryness or cracking of the skin if applied around eyes or nose; minor redness or mild burning sensation at application site.
Prolonged use of hydroquinone has been associated with the development of exogenous ochronosis (a persistent blue-black pigmentation), especially in Africa, but this is rare.
Sunscreen use is an essential aspect of hydroquinone therapy because even minimal sunlight sustains melanocytic activity.
