Is HIV Antibody Test Done 4 Years Post Exposure Conclusive?
Hello, I had sex with a transgender 4 years ago which was protected. The last 4 years I have been sick only two or three time. I have lost around 20 kg of my weight probably because I have started working since then. I did a immuchromatograpgy HIV I & HIV II Antibody test which came out as Non - Reactive yesterday Should i think that is a conclusive or should i test with ELISA

If HiV test is negative, this has got quite high sensitivity, negative test is reassuring. probably you don't need to worry and you do not need to repeat it until there is other reason.
