Is Fibrex Plus Safe For Treatment Of Cold And Headache?

Since yesterday evening I am suffering from watery cold, no coughing, no fever, and headache too. my age is 53 year weight 46 kg height 5 feet 3 inches, and I am allergic to amoxicillin, I get loose motions if consumed. Is fibrex Plus a safe tablet, what are the side effects?

I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Febrex plus contains paracetamol ,chlorpheniramine maleate , phenylephrine hydrochloride. Paracetamol is used for fever and pain. Chlorpheniramine maleate and phenylephrine hydrochloride will help you to control running nose and nasal blockade. However, this will make you sleepy and I would suggest that you totally avoid driving or handling any machinery after taking this drug.

Heavy dose of paracetamol that is more than 250 mg/kg is likely to harm liver. But taking it for symptomatic treatment in smaller doses will not be harmful.
You will be fine. Nothing to worry.
