Is Estrogen Patches And Progesterone Recommended Post Hysterectomy?

I have had a hysterectomy kept one ovary. I am suffering with night sweats and my weight escalating! After the op I lost weight etc. 6 months later I am considering exploring oestregen patches but I am interested in progesterone as well. Wondering what you think?

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be symptoms of menopause and may not need any hormone therapy and in my opinion just wait for some time it would be too early to start hormone therapy, hope this information helps, take care.
