Is Epley Maneuver Effective In The Treatment Of Vertigo?
I ddeveloped vertigo about 2 weeks ago and it isn't going away. I'm go for an Epley maneuver tomorrow. Medication is helping a little, but still get dizzy. Do you think this will help. Have to drive about 9 hours next week
