Hello,

Entamizole is an antibacterial combination (Diloxanide and Metronidazole) used to treat loose stools (diarrhea) associated with a stomach infection, intestinal infection, antibiotics, and other conditions.

Bismol (Bismuth sub-salicylate) is used to treat stomach upset, indigestion, heartburn, and diarrhea. Entamizole plus Bismol combination can be given safely to your daughter. If she can not take ORS, then the dehydration needs to be corrected by giving her intravenous fluids by her doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
