Is Endura Mass Powder Safe To Take Muscle Gain?

Hi my name is Rajeev i am 39 yrs old and my weight is 58 kg and i am 174 cm toll my check is hollow lesssof mussle in my body, i consult to my dietitian for above but result not found now i am going to start Endure mass powder, please tell me this will right for me or not and how to take the powder for better result

Sir, Your dietitian should be guiding you in your choice of supplements based on your health status and goals. I can provide you basic information about your choice of powders, Endura, but specific guidance should be through your dietitian.

I did check instructions and ingredients. The instructions are to take 40 grams in a glass of milk or juice. The ingredients are not impressive as they contain a mixture of whey concentrate and casein along with sugar. The best form of protein for body building is whey isolate. Not a mix of whey and casein with sugar and flavorings and preservatives. I would not recommend this product for body building to a client of mine.

Hi, There is only principle in weight gain .Calorie intake must be greater than calorie expense.
1.Check your daily maintenance calories.

2. Add 500 calories above the maintenance.
Eat atleast 2g protein per kg.
3. Add wholesome food like fish and chicken rather than protein supplements. Supplements are not essential. Trust me.
Measure. Measure . Track .
That is the key.
But to add muscle mass, you will have to provide the stimulus, which comes from exercise. Otherwise the weight gain will be a combination of maximum fat and minimum muscle leading to a skinny- fat state.
