Is ECG Showing LVEF Of 35% And A Right Ventricular Size Of 7.2 Concerning?

MY echo cardiogram shows an LVEF of 35 % and a right ventricular size of 7.2, I am 62 years old a former smoker and overweight. I do not have high blood pressure or cholesterol, nor do I have diabetes. I had surgery 41 years ago for a double aortic arch with two vascular rings. What are my options?

Hi,

LVEF of 35% and right ventricular size of 7.2 are concerning.
You should try to do your best to make you heart condition better. You should stop smoking, lose weight and regularly take medication.
