Is Dynapar MR Advisable For Chronic Back Pain?

my wife is suffering from back pain since 2012, Dr says that this is a problem of dics slip know they recommend the tablet dynapar MR For her. I want to ask about this tablet is effective for this and what is the side effects of this. please guide me.

Dynapar MR is a combination of pain killer (diclofenac) and a muscle relaxant (thiocolchicoside) commonly prescribed for the treatment of pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with muscle spasms like in case of chronic back ache due to lumbar disc problem. Yes, it is effective in the treatment of chronic back ache associated with disc slip.

Generally it is well tolerated however it may cause stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhea, swelling of face, lips, eyelids, tongue, hands and feet in some patients. If she develops these side effects they should be reported to her treating doctor for an alternate effective but a safer medication to treat her problem.
