Is Diltiazem Advisable For This ECG Test Result?

I have been diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy with abnormal repolarization My report says abnormal ECG and Cannot rule out Anterior infarct, age undetermined. I am a 64 yr old female taking diltiazem 120 mg twice a day. Should I be worried about cannot rule out anterior infarct? Thank you.

Hi, Diltiazem is appropriate to improve blood supply to heart.
Regarding 'cannot rule out anterior infarct'---get a 2D echo and stress test to confirm/rule out--regards
