General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are manifestations of panic attacks, agitation, restlessness, mood or behavior changes, depression. You should take medications only after consultation with your doctor as medicines have side effects & the can interact with other medications & alcohol. You are suggested to stay away from alcohol, smoking, addictions if any. You are suggested to consult a Psychiatrist & a Counselor. You may need anti anxiety & anti depression medications along with counselling, physiotherapy & physical aid for exercises, healthy lifestyle, food habits, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
