Is Ciprofloxacin Advisable For Blood In Urine?

I have been facing money drops in urine for 12 years and now i am 30 years old but feel my self as i am 50 years old.i think the reason is that i started hand practice since i was 15 years.im married and i took lot of medicine herbal as well but no positive response.now some body recommended me Cyrocin(ciprofloxacin HCL). kindly help me in this regard i would be greatful to you.
