Is Chlamydia Detected Through Urine Test?

Hi, I had gotten chlamydia but took doxycycline for a week and cleared it up, but gave the chlamydia to my girl so just got it right back, didnt want to let her know i gave her that so I told her to take a dosage with me and no sex for atleast a week. we both took to pills a day for seven days. she went to the gynecologist 3 months later and got a routine urine check, swab check, and blood check. my question is if she still has chlamydia for some reason would they see it in her urine test?? they had a lab to check her urine and said it was good, and she looked good by eye to the doc down there. but we still havent gotten results for blood and swab test yet.
