Is Canesten Clotrimazole An Anti Fungal Cream?

I have,I think is tinea. I have tried 2 types of cream, The 1st one I tried is resolve, it is Micronazole nitrate.The 2nd cream that I have been putting on for a few days now, that does not seem to be doing anything is caneston clotrimazole anti fungal cream

Yes canestan is an antifungal cream. Canestan is easily available without prescription in many countries. It contains clotrimazole which is a effective antifungal medication. Miconazole is also an antifungal cream which could be used to treat fungal infections such as tinea, athletes foot, ringworm etc.
If you are not getting relieved with clotimazole or even miconazole cream you should consult a dermatologist or skin specialist for proper diagnosis & then treatment of the lesion. It might be something other than a fungal infection. Therefore it is not resolving with anti-fungal cream. Maintain hygiene as a fungal infection could spread to other areas of body as well as other persons.
