Is Calamine Lotion Safe For Infants?
My daughter has a viral rash and was told to use Calamine lotion to dab on with a cotton ball. She is 13 months old. I am just wandering if this is poisonous if i put some on her forehead and she may touch it then put her hands in her mouth. Does it leave a residue or soak into the skin?

It is not poisonous but see to it that see don't put that in mouth, as it is intended to be used externally. Apply when she is sleeping.
