Psychiatrist 's  Response
hello there, bupropion can help with anxiety however it has limited role with depression. There are other medicines which are considered better then bupropion with depression and anxiety . If I were your treating psychiatrist I would have chosen SNRI group of medicines which are preferred in both depression with anxiety. Along with that you may require relaxation therapy and cognitive therapy also for long term benefits. All the best.
