Hello Sanju,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I went through your daughter's history and would like to make following suggestions for her:
1. I would agree with her current treatment with Banocide.
2. In addition, I usually suggest my such patients regular montelukast-
levocetirizine in morning and
hydroxyzine in evening for at least 2 weeks.
3. I usually prescribe my such patients lotion like
calamine over the itchy areas/
rash.
4. As she has complaints for 3 months, I would also suggest her investigations like complete blood counts with ESR, CRP, stool and urine examination.
5. Sometimes intestinal worms can cause such allergies, so I would suggest her a course of anti-parasite drugs, if Banocide does not benefit her.
6. I would also suggest her avoiding activities causing
excessive sweating, too hot/spicy diet and wearing tight-fitting, woolen clothes.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to her.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.
Wish her the best of the health and a very good recovery.
Thank you & Regards.
