Hi,

Though Ayurvedic medicine can help many conditions, there are certain types of avascular necrosis of the hip which will progress despite any type of medical effort done to preserve the hip. My suggestion is for you to check out with an orthopedic surgeon the condition of the hips for a definitive treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gonzalo Escobar, Orthopedic Surgeon
