A three year old girl has discharge coming from her vagina. She is in Dili, East Timor. For three weeks she has had this condition. Her mother took her to two different Doctors who has given her different medicines but nothing seems to help her. Amoxicillin can be purchased over the counter in East Timor. Is amoxicillin safe to give to a three year old?

Amoxacillin is safer drug for 3 year old kid . Sometimes they may develop loose stools. Once you stop the drugs then the loose stools will stop. Dose is 40 mg per kg for a day which can be divided in to 3 times.
