Is Aleve Along With Advil Advisable For Severe Lower Back Pain?

I have history of low back pain, some degenerative damage however I am active. I fell on tail bone while hiking and then twisted back while putting on my pants. Have been takin advil however the pain continues. Can I take aleve with the advil.? Ice is not helping

Hi,
Both are NSAID so do not take aleve with advil as it might cause gastric irritation.
If require you can take paracetamol along with advil.
Ok and take care.
