Hello - went to medical weight loss clinic, had EKG done before beginning treatment, which indicated septal MI, I have not had normal symptoms associated with MI, last EKG I had approx, one year ago normal. The nurse practioner at this particular place discussed the EKG, told me to follow up with primary, however, continued to prescribe adipex for weight loss, is this contraindicated in this situation?
