Is Actalin Effective In Treatment Of Postpartum Hyperthyroidism?
Hello Dr, I was wondering if I should start taking Actalin to boost my thyroid. In Oct 2013 I was diagnosed was post partum hyperthyroidism. I took Tapazole 10mg for 6mths (Dec2013-Jun2014) and was taken off because my thyroid regulated itself. I had a follow up in march 2015, and seems like thyroid is starting to acted up again. My levels are still in normal range but just borderline. I really don t want to take the radioactive pill to destroy my thyroid for good. Is there anything I could do to change this? Please please help me!!!
