Is Aciloc effective in reducing weight ?

sir my age is 31 and my waight is 80, i am month of two children. i really worried about my weight , someone my friend suggest me aciloc and told me that if i will take aciloc twice a day i will loose weight, my question is that if i will take aciloc after every meal then i really loose my weight?

Hello ,
You said you are 31 and you weigh 80kg right. Aciloc(ranitidine) is a drug used to treat acidity related problems, upper central abdominal pain due to gastritis etc. ACILOC is NOT used for weight loss.

If you want to lose weight, Eat healthy, Drink plenty of fluids, and Exercise right. Plan out your routine. Cut down on the oily food, say no to deep fried food. Join a gym/ aerobics program. Have loads of fresh fruits and vegetables. You said you are a mother of 2 children right. The natural tendency for mothers is to eat her food and to eat their children's leftover food( because they dont want to waste food). Discard leftovers. Let it go to waste rather than go to your waist. I hope you follow my advice :)
