i want to loose weight as i am now 14 stones and i am only 17 i have heard that acai berry is a good product i want to use acai berry select with a digest it! colon cleanse and ive also heard that once you meet your goal and dont need the pills anymore you put the weight back on???

acai berry is a fruit available as powder,juice,frozen pulp in Brazil rich in antioxidants,other claims by company are useless,
change your life style,
do swimming,cycling.
avoid smoking,alcohol,cola,coffee,junk food,
take fresh fruits,plenty of water,soya products,leafy veg,
consult your family doctor for tablet orlistat,lorcaserin.
