Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello sir...I m anamika(29yrs)...my AMH level is 0.8..otherwise all normal..is it a..very serious problem?...can I become a mother? Doctor suggests me to take a medicine ovares plus...it s it have any critical side effects? N which time of a day I have to take it?
AMH level is in the low normal range and may indicate a low ovarian reserve. This does not fully rule out the chance of you becoming pregnant but it is an indicator that you have lower chances of pregnancy compared to a woman that has levels over 1. Ovares plus may cause side effects mostly related to gastrointestinal system such as nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, low appetite and also headaches, irritability, etc.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
