Is 400mg Of Zoloft Safe For A Person With Anxiety, Depression And OCD?

Is taking 400mg of Zoloft per day ok for anxiety, depression and ocd? Currently taking 300mg/day. Should something else be added to that instead of going higher with the Zoloft? Does taking 400mg per day put you at a higher risk for brain bleeds? Thank you

I really appreciate concern, it is always advisable to avoid taking anti psychiatric medicines and even the high dose but try to come out of this condition without the helps of medicines hope this information helps.
