Hello
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your 3 months ago TSH level was upper the normal range of TSH.This means hypothyroidism.

You didn't mention your T3 and T4 level or if you had symtoms of hypothyroidism at that time, these are important element to be taken in consideration for the treatement.

Anyway i can say that your last TSH level(7 μIU/mL) was not too high and it is in the limits of a condition called subclinical hypothyroidism.

After starting thyroid hormone replacement therapy, regular monitoring of TSH is recommended for the necessary dosis adjustment of Thyronorm until you are clinically euthyroid and the serum TSH has normalized.

The dosis should be reduced gradually, according to TSH result (every 6 weeks).

Actually you have normal TSH and is is near the lower limit of the reference range level. This means that your dosis(in my opinion)must be reduced to 50 mcg/day and repeat the TSH level after 6 weeks.

My advice is to stay in contact with your treating endocrinologist and discuss with him the safe dose of thyronorm for you in this moment and the follow up of your condition.

Hope this is helpful.
If you have other questions, feel free and ask.
Best regards.
