Is 100/60 Blood Pressure Too Low ?

is 100 over 60 blood pressure too low for my age at 19??? i would like to ask if 100 over 60 is too low for my blood pressure?im 19 right now..and i would like to ask if what complications i might encounter????

Hi.. Average blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg.. But any systolic pressure can normally range between 100mmHG to 140mmHg and diastolic pressure between 60mmHg to 90mmHg.. Any reading below these values can indicate hypotension.. So I guess you are at the lowest limit of the normal BP and not hypotensive. Monitor your BP regularly and improve your diet, use a healthy balanced diet...
