Irregular Periods With Cramps And Back Pain. Not Able To Conceive. Ultrasound Showing Thick Endometrium. Pap Smear And CBC Normal. Hysteroscopy Scheduled. Treatment?

hi.. i m 42 years old, with previously regular menstrual cycle of 28 days, married for 3 years, no kids. period began irregular and continuous til the next cycle 3 months ago. flow is the same during my cycle but becomes light to moderate the days after with crams and back pains.. visited an obgyn , u/s shows thick endometrium , pap smear normal, cbc normal,, no hormones was given as i need to be schedued for hysteroscopy .. May i ask what s really going on and what right treatment do i need? Thank you...

Thanks for query,
Your irregular period with continuous nature shows that you have hormonal imbalance.
Hormonal imbalance can be occur due to tension,Anxiety,Late hour of working,shift duty,Any lesion of ovary,starting of menopause etc.
Hysteroscopy is need to rule out any uterus disease.
After it's result we can advise you for further treatment.
