Into Depression, Taking Nexito, Clonotril And Zolfresh. Get Mood Elevation With Zolfresh. Suggest?

My father has been into depression for 9 months. He is taking Nexito 10 mg, clonotril 0.5 and Zolfresh 10 mg. But recently, he is not getting much benefit from clonotril, but he feels mood elevation with Zolfresh. So, he wants Zolfresh in the day time also (till now he was taking Zolfresh only at night). IS it safe to give him Zolfresh during day time also, in addition to night time? if yes, then what is the maximum dose he can get. he is 76 years old male......otherwise very healthy

Based on the provided information, the maximum permissible dose of Zolfresh. Hence, I am against giving additional dose in the day/morning.

Further, if you had visited my Clinic for consultation, I would have recommended increase in the dose of Nexito. However, your doctor is the best judge.
