Internal Fever, Medical Test Normal. What This May Be?
Hello doctor, hope you are fine. My question is that I have an internal fever since a month . What is the cause please help me out because I have took the following medicines panadol, solpadein, fevadol, voltaren suppositories, amoclan and I am still it but my body temperature is normal. I went to the doctor and he said I m fine after all the medical test I had

What do you mean by internal fever because if your body temperature is normal and clinical examination is normal and as per your communication investigations are also normal and do not show any abnormality.
You may be having generalized weakness and tiredness and body ache which is felt by you as fever in such cases possibilities are you have chronic fatigue syndrome or have masked depression along with anxiety but both needs evaluation by physician and/or Psychiatrist if required further investigations like Thyroid function,B12 level, vitamin D3 level if not already done detail psychological analysis will help to know diagnosis and then therapeutic trial of suitable antidepressant and pain modulators will be required to treat you.
Hope once you are treated properly and for long period you will certainly improve

hi there, internal fever doesn't seem to describe the symptoms you may be suffering from. It would be advisable to either list out the problems or visit a doctor before taking these various self medication. These variesty of medicine individually or taken together wihtout any indication can be bad for you and may damage your live&/kidney. Eat healthy , sleep well , drink plenty of fluids and follow some form of exercise regime besides engaging in some hobby and you will feel much better. In futrure also avoid self medicating for vague symptoms. Take care.

Hello dear friend welcome to health care magic,we are happy to help you.First i hope you will be fine earliest.I assure you that you are very right place to get solution of your problem.I suggest to monitor and note your temperature at-least three times a day. Increase your fluid intake and increase protein in your diet.If you feel any variation of temperature from normal value 98.4 degree F then approach General Physician earliest.Get well soon dear.Thanx
