Intermittent Stomach Cramps, Urge To Pass Stools Without Any Success, Feeling Of Constipation. What Should Be Done?

Today i tried going to the bathroom at work after having a severe stomach cramp , and nothing came out.. The stomach ache eventually passed, but came back every now and then. When i came home, i felt the need to go to the toilet again, but it hurt so so so much, and i had to push as if a baby were coming out, and i could feel the poo at the tip of my bum, but it wouldn t go any further. what can i do?
