Intense Chest Pain, Had Hiatal Hernia, Happens After Food. What Is Wrong?

Hi I been having chest pain for eight years. It gets really intense after eating, laying down, or any exercise. I have had every work up I could possibly have of my heart and lungs and everything was normal except for hiatal hernia . They said that this was not the cause of my pain and refuse to repair it but I believe it is because it happens after I eat. I do have systemic lupus and fibromyalgia .
