Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
You have not told when you got knee replacement and your present age.
I guess you are well passed your mmiddle age.
Please take first aid for your bruises and tetanus shot.
You could take pain killers for a day or two and then see an orthopedic surgeon if your pain is not decreasing or the swelling doesn't subside.
Hope this helps.

General & Family Physician Dr. S. Jegadeesan's  Response
Hello,
Your right knee is replaced already. Now you got injured in the same leg and got bruised your knee and tibia and the pain is radiating around the back of the knee and then from tibia to foot. Any movement of the legs hurt. Regarding inability for payment I understand.
The question – Are you able to stand and walk even with pain. If so major fracture can be excluded. In that case what you need is Antibiotic, pain killers. Avoid standing as much as possible. Using Elastocreepe bandage during the day time and dressing of wound if any, may be of help.
If not able to stand - no other go - take X-ray and treat accordingly. Because haematoma around the replaced knee needs compression bandage and aspiration of the joint space. Fracture of tibia need POP cast/Surgery
Best wishes
