Injury On Forehead, Numbness, Tingling Sensation In Ears. What Is Going On?

I hit my head with a truck door.... the wind caught it and hit above my right temple. there was a knock you could hear the sound. now when I touch the are I get almost like electric shock like a when you hit you funny bone but it not in the area runs from the area and the above my ear to top of head I get a weird tingling the numbness ..... when I first touch the "electric " sensation is very localized can almost trace a line with my finger... im kinda scared and freaking out cause once I touch it even slightly the numbness and tingling lasts 15 minutes to hour ....

The pain that you are experiencing - "electric shock like" that runs from your ear to the top of your head - is typical of nerve damage. It is possible that one of the branches of your zygomaticofacial nerve was injured when your right temple was hit. Symptoms of nerve damage include: numbness and paresthesias which can be described as tingling or shooting pain, sometimes feeling like electricity running from one area to another.
