Welcome to HCM.
Spinal TB usually takes longer to heal when compared to pulmonary TB. If your treating doctor has cleared you, then I suggest few changes in diet and a regular exercise routine which does not strain your back. Calculate your calories for a day. For your age you can have 20-25 calories/ kg of your ideal weight. Start with walking for 40 min per day and slowly increase the duration of exercise. Ideally you should lose about half kg per week. So to lose 15 kg, you will take about 7 to 8 months. Make a plan and try to follow it regularly. Thanks.
