Infant With Reddish Bumps On The Groin Area And On The Inner Thigh. Advice?
My daughter is 20 months old. For thepast three days on her inner thigh and just about her groin she has had a few red bumps come and go. She hasn t has a fever or acted unusual. I haven t changed diapers brands or wipe brands or detergent brands on her. I also haven t fed her anything out of what she ordinarily eats. They don t seem to bother her. I just don t know if I should do something or not.

by history this lesion seem to be diaper dermatitis .
This will not be cleared by changing brand of diaper or soap .
just open the site keep it dry . if it did not healed in 2-3 days apply antifungal cream ( candid lotion ) . because continuous use of diaper may also lead to fungal infection

Your child is having diaper rash.
Keep area dry and avoid diapers.
Apply calamine lotion over rashes 3 to 4 times a day.
Wipe very gently.
If symptoms persist get her evaluated by pediatrician as she may needs topical medication.
