Infant With Continued Fever Diagnosed With Lung Infection. No Help From Antibiotics. Any Suggestions?

Pls 10months old has had fever for the past 4months he's been treated with all sort of malaria treatment with no result he was later tested and was discovered that he has lungs infection the dr gave antibiotics through iv and numerous antibiotics but he still hot erspecially at night and his just 7.4kg (underweight) pls help I'm so confused
