Infant Having Fever, Diarrhea. Given Tylenol And Wet Cloth, Sleepy, No Appetite. Problem?

Hi Dr, I have a 12 month old who has had a fever (101.2 thru 102.3...just took her temp rectally right now) since yesterday morning and today she has developed diarrhea. I am giving her Tylenol and putting cold cloth On her head.
She's cranky, sleeping and doesn't have much of an appetite.
She not touching her ear so I don't think it's an ear infection. I'm worried about what could be causing thia

Welcome to HCM.
You can continue tynelol for fever.
Go for stool routine test to confirm the type of diarrhea.
Give her zinc with lactobacillus sachate at least twice a day.
Start ors formula to prevent dehydration.
Antibiotic syp like norflox,cefixime will be helpful but start proper medical management under guidance of her pediatrician.
