Increased Heartbeat, Nausea. Predisposed To Heart Disease. Cause?
Very recently, my heart has been acting strange. My family and i have been through extreme amounts of stress and I m predisposed to heart disease. I live a mostly sedintary lifestyle, I m 100lbs at 5 6 and my average caloric intake is around 2500 calories a day. But my heart is pounding, often reaching a bpm of120 when I ve done nothing. Once my heart starts pounding i get nauseous and it worries me. I m only 19 but my cousin had a severe tycardia episode at 26. What could cause this?

apprehension can cause such tachycardia .but please get your blood pressure checked and get an ECG done since your cousin has similar episode. enrol in some monitored wt loss program
