Increase In Sugar Level. Controlled With Diet And Exercise, No Medicines Taken. Is It The Reason For Increase?

Hi , My Fasting Sugar is 135 and PP is 192 mg/dl with sugar present in Urine when tested for PP .I was last diagnosed with high sugar in 2010 and then under control with diet and excercise but without medicine. Last two month routine changed no food restriction and excericise. Is it the reason for increase. Please suggest. Arun Basu
