Inborn Heart Problem, Chest Pain, Suffered From Heart Attack. Recommendations?

my sister has inborn heart problem! never have signs until she was in college starting having chest pain ....she is a graduate nurse in phils....she is more than 25 years old now married and have one child! lately she went to emergency hospital three times already having heart attack! can you please tell me about these...i think it is an pulmonary heart valve prolapse
