In the last week I have had 3 dizziness and then hot flushes spells. I've had them before but they seem to be increasing.
I have a glass of juice then food and I return to normal It seems to help.
I know I have low blood pressure as I've always have had, it runs n my family. I'm also low in potassim which I take a supplement and eat banana etc. I'm 48 and still have my periods so menopause isn't an option.
