In The Attached Photo, The Area Circled With Red Colour

In the attached photo, the area circled with red colour is where I feel physically there is something without any pain (similar to myofascia knot or muscle shortening). But when I try to tilt my head to the right, I can generate the pain in that spot and there is also less mobility. Although there is no significant pain in that spot, it is significantly affecting my ability to do anything. I cannot keep my head straight up because I start falling short of breath and unable to bring the jaws together.

As a result, I always have to keep my head bend down. But in this position, when the jaws are relaxed, I again experience difficulty in breathing(the feeling that I'm running out of breath). So to avoid this, I need to rest my jaws on each other and begin to breath with ease. However, I get really exhausted trying holding the jaw in that position all day.

I also feel loss of energy and tired/exhausted from the minute I wake up in the morning. The strange part is I don't even feel a lump or pain when I touch on that spot.

This started happening around May 2014, the same time when I started taking Abilify for anxiety disorder. I also smoked hash oil once when on abilify. I don't know if my problem started as a result of taking the medication or the possible interaction of the two. My psychiatrist and pharmacist said no possible interaction, and side effects don't last this long since I stopped taking it in June, 2014.

My body has not been able to tolerate any new medications/antidepressants thereafter (feel overloaded/weak) as it used to before starting Abilify.

So currently I have been on Homeopathy Pill Mag Mur 30 for past 6 weeks. Body is able to tolerate it and my anxiety is also reducing but my head problem still persists. I went to a physio but wasn't able to help either. He referred me to a dentist for TMJ pain but I don't experience any pain. I have been struggling to receive the correct diagnosis and help.

Are there any ayurvedic products that can dissolve or melt that thing at the back of the head? I initially had headaches but because I took magnesium powder and headache went away. I'm hoping for something similar to it.

Thank you again for taking the time to review my case.
