I'm An ECG Tech At A Hospital And I Just

I'm an ECG tech at a hospital and I just did an ECG on a pt who has had 3 ablations for A fib/flutter, and the ECG I just did is saying that he has had an Inferior Infarct-age undetermined. I'm wondering if his ablations will show on his ECG as an infarct as he adamently states he has never had a heart attack?
