I'm A 68 Year Of Male With Severe Pain In

I'm a 68 year of male with severe pain in the left hip, lower back and thigh (seemingly in the major muscles attached to the hip) for the last 3 months. The as yet undiagnosed cause was originally thought to be spinal stenosis but the MRI's see only mild to moderate stenosis at L4-L5,L3-L4, and L2-L3. The Ortho's say not the cause. Previously I was given Gabapentin for the pain (not too effective) but have just been prescribed Lyrica. I have also been diagnosed with early Parkinson's (no bothersome symptoms yet, so no prescriptions yet) and I'm wondering if the incipient Parkinson's would countermand the use of Lyrica?
