I'm 60 yrs old & have had a job all my adult life. The last 6 mis. I'm workin a job that requires me to work a different shift every day. IE..
Mon..11a-7p, Tues..1p-9p, Wed...9a-5p Thurs...4p-12a, Fri. 2p-10p. This is an example. It changes EVERY WEEK. And I do work weekends 2/3 a month, my days off vary.
Not only is this inconvenient, but I am always tired & get sick a lot more than I used to. I can't get on a set sleep schedule. What does this do to my health??? Thank you...Rochelle.
